The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in brand marketing, a passion for branding and consumer behavior, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in brand marketing or related role.
• Experience in perfume, beauty, FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support brand growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in brand and community development to boost awareness.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across channels.
• Coordinate campaigns, product launches, promotions, and activations.
• Collaborate with influencers and external partners.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Track brand and campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Work with Creative, Social Media, Sales, E-commerce teams to execute initiatives.
