Job summary

PT PUSAT GADAI INDONESIA is seeking a Junior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services. You will work with Kotlin, PHP, Golang, Spring Boot, or Laravel to build RESTful APIs and integrate with MySQL/MariaDB. You will collaborate closely with frontend teams and QA, and participate in nightly deployment cycles.

Fresh graduates are welcome; probation and a 12-month contract apply. Open to candidates comfortable with night shifts (21:30 onwards) during deployments and

Qualifications

Strong understanding of backend concepts in at least one language/framework: Kotlin, PHP, Golang, Spring Boot, or Laravel.
Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating services.
Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB and version control (Git).
Familiarity with API documentation tools (Postman or Bruno).
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, code, and maintain APIs in the backend service.
Implement new features and changes per business needs.
Collaborate with frontend developers and QA testers to ensure quality implementations.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in stakeholder discussions to align on requirements.
