Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Accounting; S1 in Accounting preferred.
• Candidates with Professional Accounting Education (PPAk) preferred.
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm or company accounting is an asset.
• Interest in developing a career as an auditor.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing audit procedures according to audit programs and team leader direction.
• Examine supporting documents for transactions and their consistency with financial statements.
• Conduct testing on cash, bank accounts, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses.
• Assist in physical inspections of cash, inventory, and fixed assets as required by assignments.
• Help prepare and monitor confirmations to third parties and compile results.
• Prepare audit working papers with adequate evidence.
• Identify and report discrepancies to senior auditors or team leaders.
• Coordinate with team members and clients in obtaining data and clarifying documents.
• Assist in preparing data and supporting documents for audit report compilation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and complete work according to deadlines.

Job description

KAP Nur Shodiq dan Rekan is seeking a Junior Auditor to join the team. You will be involved in conducting audits of financial statements and supporting the completion of assignments under the direction of senior auditors and team leaders.

Key responsibilities

Assist in executing audit procedures according to audit programs and team leader direction

Examine supporting documents for transactions, accounting records, and their consistency with financial statements

Conduct testing on cash and bank accounts, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses according to task allocation

Assist in conducting physical inspections of cash, inventory, and fixed assets as required by assignments

Help prepare and monitor confirmations to third parties and compile results

Prepare audit working papers in a complete, systematic manner supported by adequate evidence

Identify and report discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues found to senior auditors or team leaders

Coordinate with team members and clients in obtaining data and clarifying documents

Assist in preparing data and supporting documents for audit report compilation

Maintain confidentiality of client information and complete work according to deadlines

About you

Minimum D3 in Accounting; S1 in Accounting preferred
