Job summary

Kalos Dikaios in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a skilled lawyer to draft and review all types of legal documents related to tax disputes, based on deep research into tax regulations and case law. You will assist and represent clients in Tax Court proceedings, coordinating with clients to gather supporting documents, and presenting arguments under guidance of senior colleagues.

The role requires a Bachelor of Laws, Brevet AB and Brevet C, strong knowledge of Tax Court Procedural Law, at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) is required for practice before the Tax Court.
• Brevet AB and Brevet C training completed and passed.
• Proficient knowledge of Tax Court Procedural Law and Indonesian tax regulations.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing before the Tax Court.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.);


• Has completed and passed the Brevet AB and Brevet C training programs;


• Proficient in Tax Court Procedural Law and Indonesian tax regulations;


• Has at least 3 (three) years of experience practicing before the Tax Court;


• Fluent in and possesses strong communication skills in both spoken and written English;


• Able to work both as part of a team and independently;
