About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Junior Assistant Purchasing & Warehouse to join our growing team at PT Tigate Trees Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in East Nusa Tenggara and will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and inventory management processes.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the procurement of raw materials, components and other supplies to support production
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, track orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all purchasing activities and inventory levels
• Support the warehouse team in the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
• Perform regular stock checks and identify any discrepancies or stock shortages
• Assist with the implementation of inventory management systems and processes
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing and logistics teams as required

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement or warehouse role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics industries
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
