Job summary

Facetology is seeking a junior art director to shape the brand's visual identity in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will define and execute visual representations, and create decks for shoots.

You will direct photoshoots, evaluate visuals, and mentor the design team, collaborating with marketing to ensure consistent storytelling. Office-based in South Jakarta with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an Art Director or Visual Director.
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, branding, and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in photoshoot direction and visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the visual representation of the brand.
• Provide technical expertise in advanced design and create decks for photoshoots.
• Direct and oversee photoshoots to ensure alignment with brand identity.
• Evaluate visual designs to maintain high-quality standards.
• Guide and provide direction to the graphic design team.
