Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Jr Art Director to shape the brand’s visual language and lead creative direction in Jakarta. You will craft the brand’s visual identity, guide shoots, and develop compelling decks to support campaigns and product launches.

You will oversee the design team, ensure quality standards, and collaborate closely with marketing to maintain a cohesive aesthetic across channels. This role is based at the South Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, branding and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Experience in photoshoot direction and visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.

As a Jr Art Director, you will:

• Define and execute the visual representation of the brand.
• Provide technical expertise in advanced design and create decks for photoshoots.

• 1–2 years of experience as an Art Director or Visual Director, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, branding, and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in photoshoot direction and visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
