Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Drafter to join our team and assist in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for high-end villa construction projects. Working closely with our architects and engineers, you will play a key role in translating design concepts into precise technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and revise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
2. Assist in developing architectural and structural plans based on project requirements.
3. Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and company standards.
4. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to finalize technical details.
5. Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.
6. Support senior drafters and project teams in various design and construction phases.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
4. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
5. Basic knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
