Job summary

Blibli is seeking an Advertising Solution Junior Officer to support the day-to-day optimization of digital campaigns by monitoring performance, analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring budgets are utilized effectively.

You will work at the intersection of advertising, data, operations, and technology, while exploring automation and AI-assisted solutions to scale campaign operations and drive smarter decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or related fields.
• Up to 1–2 years of experience in Digital Advertising, Ad Operations, Performance Marketing, Campaign Operations, Data Analytics, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with campaign data and metrics.
• Good proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL, BI tools, dashboards, or automation tools a plus.
• Familiarity with CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, bidding, and budgeting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor advertising campaign performance and analyze key metrics (impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, spend, budget).
• Identify underperforming campaigns and optimization opportunities and adjust bids, budgets, and settings.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
• Support automated optimization rules, alerts, workflows, and AI-assisted initiatives.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with Product, Technology, Data, and other teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Data, and Technology to improve performance and processes.
• Develop and maintain optimization checklists, workflows, and playbooks for scalable operations.
