Junior Accountant - Manufacturing Industry - Remote Work

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client in the manufacturing industry in hiring for a Junior Accountant position (fully remote, Houston time (CST)).

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. 1 year of proven working experience in Accounting.
3. Fresh Graduates with strong academic achievement are also welcome to apply.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel). Previous experience in Netsuite is preferred.
5. Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
6. Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a valued participant in a team-based environment.
7. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. High Integrity, Proactive, and Willingness to learn is a MUST.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable
1. Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Manage vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
3. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
4. Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts.
2. Accounts Receivable/Inventory (Rotation)
1. Monitor customer accounts, posting payments and tracking overdue invoices.
2. Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment issues, including making collection calls.
3. Preparing Inventory Count and analyzing any discrepancies.
3. General Accounting Support
1. Assist in month-end closing procedures.
2. Assist in financial management and analysis, as needed.
3. Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
