Job description

PT. eNetwoQ ServIT Indonesia or eNetwoQ is a value & technology-based company that provides services in training, consulting, and outsourcing. Qualification:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field such as marketing, business management, or related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  2. Internship or work experience in sales, training, consulting, or outsourcing will be an added value.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  4. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Understand the basics of training, consulting, or outsourcing management.
  6. Mastery of office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  7. Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
  8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a timely manner.
  9. Target and result-oriented.
  10. Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  11. Understand training, consulting, and outsourcing industry trends.

Jobdesk:

  1. Building and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
  2. Understanding client needs related to training, consulting, or outsourcing services.
  3. Providing recommendations for solutions that are in accordance with client needs.
  4. Achieving sales targets for training, consulting, and outsourcing services.
  5. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to attract potential clients.
  6. Being a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that services provided meet expectations.
  7. Working closely with training, consulting, and outsourcing teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  8. Ensuring that all client requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Preparing periodic account performance reports.
  10. Evaluating client satisfaction and providing input for service improvement.
