Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical fields.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Staff / Staff in QA Lab or related role within an Automotive Company.

Leadership experience in a related position.

Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, in a timely and professional manner.

Ability to understand business processes and development workflows.

Willing to be based in Karawang.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and improve QA & QC processes, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to IATF, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Issue standards, work instructions, and procedures.
• Experience in processing test plans, test engines, test tools, or other testing documentation into automated testing code.
• Knowledge of tools for testing and analysis methods.
• Calibrate tools and inspection measurement instruments for new instruments or parts.
• Plan procurement of tools based on needs or demand.
• Define appropriate inspection equipment to meet client standards and customer requirements.
• Manage NCR master list and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to customer or supplier complaints, reporting on the status of these actions.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions in collaboration with production teams.
