Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D team in the development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead the preparation and execution of technology transfer processes to internal or external partners with precision and efficiency.
• Design and implement robust research strategies and experimental protocols aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure strict alignment with project timelines, goals, and required outputs, maintaining a results-driven approach.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges within R&D or related departments to maintain seamless project progression.
• Perform comprehensive data collection, analysis, and documentation, ensuring thorough organization of experimental results.
• Maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
• Provide scientific expertise to support the commercial launch of products and the development of marketing materials.
• Recommend and implement improvements to experimental protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or a closely related field.
• Professional experience and proven expertise in Molecular Biology research, including DNA/RNA extractions, PCR, and qPCR; experience with nucleic acid sequencing is a strong advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Molecular Biology and bioinformatics tools, with a focus on designing qPCR and sequencing primers and probes for experimental procedures.
• Skilled in structuring research designs, meticulously documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive technical reports.
• Self-driven, agile, persistent, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and deliver results independently.
