We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Product Manager to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in assisting with product planning, development, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Note: This is an opening for a role dedicated to our clients in Banking.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with product planning and roadmap development, including gathering requirements, conducting market research, and identifying customer needs.
2. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define product features and specifications.
3. Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
4. Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
5. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Support product launches and provide training and support to internal teams.
7. Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and analyze metrics to drive product improvements.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a product management role from Banking and/or Fintech industry is mandatory.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
7. Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
8. Proficient in project management tools and software.
9. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
10. Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with product management tools and platforms.
2. Experience working in the technology industry or with software development projects.
3. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
