About the role

Exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Jr. Presales professional to join PT IP Network Solusindo in Central Jakarta. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in the pre-sales support for the company's leading IT solutions.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and proposing suitable IT products and services
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
  • Provide post-sales support, including responding to client queries and coordinating with the delivery team
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Provide post-sales support and manage client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the company\'s product and service offerings
What we\'re looking for
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Math or a related field
  • Relevant experience in a pre-sales or technical sales support role, preferably within the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
