Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth in the business-to-business (B2B) channel in the area coverage.
  • Manage operational & implementation of B2B agenda within coverage area
  • Developing and managing relationships with existing & potential clients in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), government, hospital, etc.
  • Area coverage: Central Java

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor Degree (Perferrabale Major : Business, Management, Economy, Marketing)
  • Min Experienced 3 Years in B2B Channel (handling Horeca / Hospitality & Health Care / Institution Building / Building Services / Manufacturing / Laundry)
  • Have a leadership skill, minimum have experience handle direct report team
  • Good Skill on B2B Account & Distributor Management
  • Have knowledge of Area Expansion
  • Have a good collaboration & communication with main stakeholders
  • Analytics & Digital Knowledge example : M. Office (Excel & Power Point, Tools & Dashboard)
  • Homebase in Semarang, Central Java
