OTO.com (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO.com operates across Indonesia, focusing on new car dealerships and expanding into used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

Role Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Officer to ensure the smooth operation of OTO by CarDekho SEA's HR functions. You will handle daily administrative tasks such as payroll input, BPJS administration, and other ad-hoc HR duties in a fast-paced scale-up environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR operations experience seeking broader exposure and career growth in HR.

Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Administration: Collect and validate monthly payroll data, input variables into the HRIS, reconcile results, and ensure timely payslip release.
  2. BPJS & Statutory Compliance: Manage enrollments, terminations, salary updates, and monthly reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  3. HR Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and digital personnel files, ensuring data integrity for audits.
  4. Ad-hoc HR Support: Prepare employment letters, coordinate benefits, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  2. Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS processes.
  3. Experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
  4. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation and reporting.
  5. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.
  6. Proficiency in professional English for internal communication.
