A leading company seeks an HR professional to enhance employee engagement and culture. Responsibilities encompass developing programs, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Design, initiate and deliver the program and strategies of Culture internalisation and Employee Engagement for continuous improvement.
Create certain metrics to measure Culture internalisation and Employee Engagement conditions.
Partner with management to communicate people policies, procedures and programs.
Ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards, comply with regulations, and consistently meet customer expectations.
Organize all activities carried out by Human Capital starting from onboarding to exit clearances.
Handle the recruitment and selection process through an internal recruitment model to sourcing.
Conduct salary and people reviews while proactively managing absenteeism, annual leave balances and performance issues in line with people & culture guidelines.
Lead competitive market research to establish appropriate pay practices and ranges that help recruit and retain key employees.
Doing all Job Evaluation, Job Analysis and Job Description.
Creating an Organizational Structure that is in accordance with HC science.
Develop and ensure successful implementation of human resource policies and standard procedures, so that they are legislatively compliant and reflective of current best practice.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in human resources management, law, or industrial psychology.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in creating initiatives that increase engagement in employees, culture internalisation, employee relations or dealing with labour union.
Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the company and with different internal stakeholders across multiple company.
Strong team player to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and maintain a balance between employee and company needs.
Excellent knowledge of employment laws to comply with compliance requirements, HR policies, and best practices.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities, delivering outcomes, and problem-solving. A sense of urgency is required.
Willing to learn and venture into new projects beyond the scope.
Excellent with time management skills, social media and tech-savvy.
