Job summary

A leading quality assurance firm in Jakarta is seeking a qualified Customer Relation professional to provide support in planning and account management, handling customer queries, and contributing to graphic design for promotions. Candidates must have a Marketing or Communication degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer relations. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

CUSTOMER RELATION
Responsibilities
  • Provide full support to technical administration
  • To provide a high level of specialist support in Planning and Account Management to WQA’s existing clients and manage Strategic Planning projects to meet commercial objectives and maximize the overall service.
  • Handling product knowledge & problem solving for customer satisfaction
  • Respond to or redirect incoming miscellaneous queries by whatever appropriate means, liaising at all levels within office and customer business base
Requirements
  • Female
  • D3 / S1 major in Marketing or Communication.
  • Having minimum 2 years experiences as customer relation or marketing
  • Good communication skill, fluent in English and computer literacy.
  • Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet
  • Having a blog, and social media accounts (value-added)
  • Perform simple graphic design for advertising purposes and website promotion.
