Due to our aggressive business expansion, we are seeking qualified and dynamic talents to join our success team for the following position at Jakarta Office.

Customer Relation
Responsibilities
  1. Provide full support to technical administration.
  2. Offer high-level specialist support in planning and account management to WQA’s existing clients and manage strategic planning projects to meet commercial objectives and maximize overall service.
  3. Handle product knowledge and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Respond to or redirect incoming queries appropriately, liaising at all levels within the office and customer base.
Requirements
  • Female
  • D3 / S1 majoring in Marketing or Communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations or marketing.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English, and computer literate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet usage.
  • Having a blog and social media accounts is a plus.
  • Ability to perform simple graphic design for advertising and website promotion.
