Job summary

Odysee Education in Indonesia invites qualified teachers to join our in-person team for the upcoming academic year. You will teach English across multiple grade levels, align with curriculum standards, and foster a positive classroom environment.

We seek educators with at least three years' experience, an ESL certification, and a degree (preferred). You will design lessons, track student progress, and provide enrichment when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of teaching experience, supported by professional references.
• Hold an ESL teaching certification (CELTA, TESL/TESOL, DELTA, TEFL, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or related field is preferred; strong certifications may be considered without a degree.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• In good health and free from infectious diseases and substance abuse.
• Available to commit for one academic year, with a minimum 10-month contract.
• Demonstrates punctuality, discipline, appropriate attire, and effective communication.
• Shows a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
• Flexible, collaborative, sociable, and enthusiastic.
• Culturally aware and sensitive in a diverse learning environment.
