Java Springboot Developer

Client & Project: We are seeking new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project '9940381889 - NS Project Cloudberry'. The client is SINGAPORE DEFENCE & PUBLIC SAFETY, a company focused on ensuring public safety and defense.

Responsibilities:

1. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
2. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
3. Responsible for team decisions.
4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
5. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
6. Develop innovative solutions using Spring Boot and React.js to enhance application functionality.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
8. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
9. Implement best practices for application development and deployment.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot.
2. Proficient in web development using JavaScript libraries, particularly React.js.
3. Strong understanding of Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE).
4. Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
5. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent leadership and management capabilities.
8. Good verbal and written communication in English.
