· Receive order information from clients for SSW (Tokutei Ginou) or Internship in Japan
· Bridging communication between clients/3rd party and recruiter to support clients’ recruitment process
· Handle correspondence with clients and other related parties
· Coordinate with recruiters regarding recruitment process
· Translate documents (CV, etc.) from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa
· Interpret conversations/meetings/interviews from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa
· Support administration (CV, candidate medical record, etc.)
