Position: Japanese Speaker Secretary & Interpreter

• Experience as Japanese Interpreter/Secretary/Personal Assistant Japanese speaker from a Japanese company
• JLPT N2/N1 certification [MANDATORY]
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

• Mainly interpreting and translating for the President Director to communicate with locals, and translating documents from Japanese to Bahasa Indonesia or English and vice versa
• Assist in managing the President Director’s schedule, arrange meetings, and prepare documents
• Support the legal division in obtaining Working Visas for new Japanese expatriates assigned to Indonesia
