Our client is an Office Design Company seeking a Japanese Speaker for Office Design & Construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing customers (Japanese companies), focusing primarily on sales for existing clients with future plans for new development sales in the local market.
• Communicate effectively with internal design teams and vendors.
• Create comprehensive proposals covering interior design, layout, IT, work styles, and furniture for clients.
• Coordinate with Project Management after order receipt to oversee site handover, with responsibilities shared based on the situation, including site management during delivery.
• Manage fit-out progress to facilitate office creation, with potential involvement in corporate planning and online business initiatives as familiarity increases.
• Travel for international exhibitions overseas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Business-Level English proficiency.
• Minimum High conversational Japanese proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas:
• A: B2B sales with tangible products.
• B: B2B sales with intangible products, with strong interest in furniture and design industry.
• C: Project management or engineering experience in construction or office design, with a strong interest in sales.
