A Japanese Project Coordinator is responsible for tasks such as:

  • Contacting and negotiating with clients
  • Making and managing timelines
  • Creating system documents
  • Email setup, etc.

We are looking for a person with strong guts, basic IT knowledge, and experience as a manager. Fluency in Japanese is a plus.

You will receive 3 months of project management training at our Bali office. We seek someone committed to working with us long-term (minimum 2-3 year contract).

Responsibilities include building teamwork between the Design and Sales teams, and regularly reporting project status to the Director.

Proven experience in team management, project management, and Japanese language skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and provide the best solutions
  • Control projects and manage the development team, including technical and mental support
  • Engage with clients to achieve project goals
  • Conduct UAT and review all deliverables
  • Coordinate and proactively contribute within the Project Management Team, Mobile App Team, Design Team, Sales Team, and with clients

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Understanding of website/app system development from a business perspective
  • Ability to communicate and manage projects and teams in a supportive environment
  • Discipline and high morality
  • JLPT N3+ level of Japanese
