A leading property management company in Jakarta is seeking a Marketing Officer to conduct market research, prepare property listings, and engage with clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of marketing experience, proficiency in Japanese and English, and a Bachelor’s degree. This permanent position offers a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and bonuses.
Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis.
Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects in accordance with set timelines.
Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide consulting services to clients.
Engage in marketing activities to attract new clients, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process.
Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services.
Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians.
Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in the property sector is a strong advantage).
Familiarity with industry regulations, apartment rental laws, and property investment.
Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) and English.
Ability to work both independently and in a team. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a serious work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure, and be dependable and detail-oriented.
Willingness to work hard to meet targets and deadlines.
