Our client is a Restaurant Company. Currently, they are looking forJapanese Speaker HRGA (Legal & Accounting support) Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

HRGA:

Handle general HR and GA operations, including employee documentation, office administration, and internal coordination.

Manage and process VISA applications and renewals for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Legal Support:

Coordinate with the legal team based in Japan to support legal procedures and documentation.

Assist with local applications and processes that require on-site presence in Indonesia.

Accounting Support:

Liaise with external accounting agents to collect and submit necessary financial documents.

Provide administrative support for accounting-related tasks.

In the future, help transition accounting operations in-house by building internal capabilities.

other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Have a Bachelor's Degree.

More than Business level Japanese with N2 and above (Also need reading and writing skills).

More than conversational level English.

Working experience as HRGA for at least 3 years in Japanese company.

Maximum 35 years old.

Having experience in processing VISA and work permiton applications

Williung to do various tasks and handle alone

Be able to work under pressure
