Job description

Our client is a Japanese company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Accounting & HRGA Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidated financial statements for the head office, and audit reports with the support from Accounting Firm.
2. Handle reimbursement of expenses.
3. Calculate BPJS and payroll.
4. Submit annual regulations to the Ministry of Labor and ensure the dissemination and familiarization of employment regulations.
5. Obtain necessary licenses.
6. Purchase company equipment.
7. Manage facilities such as the building.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Have 10 years of experience of either A or B type below:

A: Business English, Accounting professional + HRGA supervision experience in Trading/Manufacturing company

B: Business English + conversational Japanese, HRGA Administration experience + Accounting knowledge in any industry

Leadership experience (managing team)
