Japanese Speaker Accounting and Admin SPV~Manager - Manufacture -Depok(A-120834)

Our client is a Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking forJapanese Speaker
Accounting and Admin Supervisor~Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and inventory accounting.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with local and Japanese reporting standards.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and compliance matters.

Monitor and analyze manufacturing cost accounting, including BOM, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with other departments.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with Japanese headquarters for financial reporting and group consolidation.

Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.

Supporting GA and admin team.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree from accounting or related major.

Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) and Conversational Level English.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Accounting or related.

Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor from Japanese manufacture or non manufacture industry.

Have strong motivation, analytical and good communication skills.
