PT Indonesia Research Institute Japan (IRIJ) is a company engaged in research and business consulting. We are currently expanding our business in the Japanese language education sector in Bandung. IRIJ is looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Japanese School Manager with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Management, Education, or Japanese Language).
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred, N3 considered).
• Experience in managing LPK operations, including instructor scheduling, licensing, and Japan internship programs.
• Ability to execute marketing strategies (online/offline).
• Skilled in designing educational programs, evaluating teaching and student performance, and proficient in Microsoft Office/digital tools.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, integrity, and willingness to be placed in Bandung.
