Job description

To introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers to secure new business.

To conduct feasibility studies on customers regarding their creditworthiness.

To prepare initial proposals, credit proposals, analyze lease applications, and assess customer credit risks, then present findings to superiors.

To follow up on the collection of customer documents and visit customers to observe their conditions firsthand.

To obtain confirmation from superiors regarding disbursement amounts, in accordance with company rules.

To implement marketing policies and operating procedures aligned with the company’s business strategy.

To ensure timely payment collection from customers.

To prepare and submit regular marketing reports.

To respond to and follow up on work requirements and instructions from superiors and management to accomplish duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Age between 22-38 years old
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Basic Japanese communication and reading skills (N3 or higher)
• Ability to write and respond to emails in Japanese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Responsible and trustworthy in dealings with customers and partners
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and follow up with customers
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership when needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese company
• Work experience in Japan is a strong advantage
