Job description

Our client is a 5* International Chain hotel with 200+ rooms and multiple F&B Outlets in Jakarta.

This role will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Please note: This position is available for Japanese Nationals only.

Profile

1. Experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel or high-level free-standing restaurant
2. Strong foundation in luxury hospitality
3. Well experienced in various facets of Japanese Cuisine
4. Ability to deal effectively with guests in a luxury environment
5. Proficient in food cost control
6. Experience with Food Hygiene and Food Safety standards
7. Constantly seeking improvements in all operational aspects
8. Computer literate
9. Good command of English, both spoken and written
10. Great attention to detail
11. Readiness and ability to initiate action
12. Mature, professional outlook
13. Passion for service excellence
14. Flexible, with the ability to think outside the box
