A leading resort in Bali seeks a motivated service-oriented individual with strong language skills to provide exceptional service to guests. The ideal candidate has experience in a 5-star setting, demonstrating effective complaint handling and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Perform duties and functions in accordance with resort policies and procedures, providing exceptional service primarily for Japanese guests, while also serving other guests.
Qualifications
We welcome applicants who are innovative, highly motivated, and possess a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to work as part of a team. Requirements include a graduation from a Hotel Management School, a minimum of two years of experience in the same position, preferably at a 5-star hotel. The ability to work independently without supervision, handle complaints effectively, speak Japanese fluently (reading & writing), and speak English fluently are essential. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
