Amazon is hiring an ITS Support Associate (Onsite) for our IT Services team in Jakarta. The role delivers hands-on hardware, software and peripheral support, asset lifecycle management, and meticulous inventory auditing to ensure reliable operations for regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities include issue diagnosis, documentation, and collaboration across teams. A background in Windows, Mac or Linux support and industry‑standard certifications are preferred, with business‑level English required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in corporate IT support for Windows, Mac or Linux systems.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in IT Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, hands-on support for hardware, software and IT peripherals, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Lifecycle Management: tracking assets from acquisition to retirement.
• Manage IT asset inventories, tracking usage and conducting audits.
• Data accuracy & reporting: maintain records and create usage & risk reports.
• Document procedures and deviations to improve global service outcomes.
• Communicate with customers, peers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and expand knowledge of new technologies.

Note

• Onsite based in our office near Setiabudi
• Business‑level English proficiency required (written and spoken) to support regional stakeholders

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, hands‑on support for hardware, software and IT peripherals, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues successfully with efficiency, escalating as needed
• Lifecycle Management: Tracking assets from acquisition to retirement
• Manage IT asset inventories, tracking usage and conducting audits
• Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensuring accurate records, managing inventories and creating reports on asset usage, compliance, and risk
• Determine appropriate procedures, accurately documenting actions or deviations to improve global service improvements
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, peers and internal teams through various channels to troubleshoot, resolve issues and implement solutions
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, including cleaning and replacing consumable components
• Grow and learn the latest technologies to stay ahead of the curve, expanding knowledge and skills

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
• Experience in IT Asset Management

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
