Job summary

PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to maintain and support Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client-facing peripherals at our Batam site. The role requires hands-on delivery of IT infrastructure projects and on-call availability to ensure uptime and security.

You will manage spare parts, licenses, and preventive maintenance, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with IT and project leaders while delivering services beyond standard business hours as

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma degree in a computational-related field.
• 2-year equivalent experience in supporting IT operations/helpdesk.
• 1-year equivalent experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects as a member.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the availability and reliability of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client-facing IT peripherals.
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts and licenses required for computers.
• Troubleshooting issues of computers, printers, scanners and other client-facing IT peripherals.
• Managing and executing routines required to ensure the availability and compliance of computers, printers, scanners and other client-facing IT peripherals.
• Managing and executing security policies for computers, printers, scanners and other client-facing IT peripherals, including hardware and software control.
• Assisting in the improvement and design of IT infrastructure, including upgrades and modifications of existing infrastructure.
• Assisting in projects, new or upgrade of IT infrastructure.
• Assisting in executing changes and modifications of IT infrastructure.
• Keeping costs within budget and continuously improving the efficient use of budget for IT operations and project execution.
• Mentoring junior colleagues for independent, resourceful and efficient job completion.
• Assisting the team in building leadership and self-confidence.
• Cooperating with project leaders of other internal departments within BT TPS and working closely with colleagues within IT.
• Maintaining a good attitude with the client.
• Controlling access to the computer system used in the factory system and the use of software, troubleshooting and adjusting the IT infrastructure, and ensuring preventive maintenance and spare part management.
• Executing compliance and security updates.
• Providing on-call support as required, including availability on site whenever needed.

Requirements

Education

Minimum diploma degree in a computational‑related field.

Experience

• 2‑year equivalent experience in supporting IT operations/helpdesk.
• 1‑year equivalent experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects as a member.
