About the role

PT Garuda Metalindo is seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team in the Cibitung District of Bekasi, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by users
  • Provide end-user support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of our IT systems, including servers, storage, and network devices
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure timely resolution of complex technical problems
  • Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect our systems and data
  • Provide technical training and documentation to end-users to improve their IT skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
