Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Depok is seeking an Internship-Maintenance Engineer Support. The intern will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer and gain hands-on experience in maintenance engineering and asset reliability management.

You will provide technical and administrative support in implementing equipment reliability programs, CMMS (SAP) activities, and spare parts management, with on-the-job training to assist Maintenance Technicians.

Qualifications

• Final-year students with a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance strategies for critical equipment to improve reliability.
• Support updating spare parts master data within SAP.
• Assist in end-to-end maintenance work management: notifications, planning, scheduling, and execution in SAP CMMS.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Engineers and Technicians across functions.

Job Description

**Job Purpose**
The Maintenance Engineer Support Intern will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer and gain hands‑on experience in maintenance engineering and asset reliability management. The intern will provide technical and administrative support in implementing equipment reliability programs, work management processes, CMMS (SAP) activities, and spare parts management (80%).
The role will also provide on‑job training opportunities to support Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities under the guidance of the Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Technicians (20%).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Maintenance Engineer in developing and implementing maintenance strategies for critical equipment to improve reliability and operational performance.
+ Support the maintenance and updating of spare parts master data, including item identification, classification,labelling, storage locations, and inventory records within SAP.
+ Assistin the implementation and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end maintenance work management process, including:
+ Notification screening
+ Work order planning
+ Work order scheduling
+ Work execution and completion tracking within SAP CMMS
**Qualifications & Requirements**

+ Or a related engineering discipline
