Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is hiring for an IT professional to manage networking, hardware, and factory software. The role covers maintaining servers, printers, and network devices, plus supporting MES, WMS, and related systems to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of networking and hardware experience, knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and programming skills in C#, Java, or PHP. SQL databases and CCTV/EAC maintenance are required. This is an on-site position in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience in computer networking and hardware.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other network protocols.
• Good knowledge of PCs, servers, printers and networking devices.
• Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java, PHP).
• Experience with SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.
• Maintenance and monitoring of CCTV, EAC, Check Roll, IDS and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve network, server, and hardware issues quickly and effectively.
• Implement and ensure compliance with network and system security standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on computers, servers, printers, and other network devices.
• Monitor and maintain operational support systems such as CCTV, EAC, Check Roll, IDS, and related systems.
• Provide training and support on factory operational systems and related software.
