Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development and IT project management.

Proficient in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or other relevant technologies, and familiar with modern development frameworks.

Experienced in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Sybase), APIs, and DevOps tools.

Solid understanding of system development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Development:

Design scalable and maintainable system architectures.

Lead the system development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and evaluation.

Develop internal applications and systems in alignment with business needs.

System Project Management:

Manage system development projects including timelines, resources, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational requirements.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.

System Integration and Optimization:

Integrate new systems with existing infrastructure.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and optimize system efficiency.

Provide technical solutions to improve business process efficiency and effectiveness.

System Security and Compliance:

Collaborate with the IT Security team to ensure systems are protected against cyber threats.

Ensure systems comply with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, etc.).

Leadership and Team Development:

Mentor and support IT team members in both technical and managerial aspects.

Provide training and knowledge transfer related to developed systems.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and management to ensure clear technical communication.
