IT System Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement
• Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with software developers and QA teams during system design, development, testing, and deployment
• Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and technical requirements
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and facilitating issue resolution
• Provide post-implementation support and system troubleshooting
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficient in system analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong understanding of SDLC (both Agile and Waterfall)
• Basic knowledge of databases and querying (e.g., SQL)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
