Job summary

A leading tech firm in Tangerang seeks IT Support to manage operations and technical support teams. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, cloud platforms, advanced networking, and Cisco/Mikrotik configuration is required. This role also involves handling IT documentation and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. The position is fully on-site from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in advanced network design and management.
• Understanding of Cisco and Mikrotik configuration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operation documentation including SOP.
• Provide technical support and oversee the IT operation team.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

Overview

We're looking for IT support with placement at our HQ Office, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in advanced network knowledge (Switch, Cable management) and able to design complex network topology
• Understanding Cisco, Mikrotik configuration; certification is a plus
• Able to manage operation and technical support team is mandatory
• Able to manage IT operation documentation (SOP, network topology, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in Active Directory, file servers, endpoint management
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations
• Fluent in English
