Job description

PT Snf Polymers Indonesia, a leading polymer manufacturing company in Indonesia. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, assisting in the setup of key systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The candidate will work closely with local teams, third-party vendors, and global headquarter to maintain and enhance our IT environment and system.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Infrastructure Setup. Support the setup and maintenance of local network infrastructure, including coordination with the IT Director at headquarters.

Server Procurement & Technical Review. Assist in evaluating technical requirements and provide support in the procurement and implementation of on-premise or cloud server systems.

IT Audit & Compliance Support. Follow up on IT audit findings and help implement improvements to raise our compliance and infrastructure readiness scores. Evaluate system and procedures for continuous improvement.

System Implementation Support. Support the enhancement of internal ERP systems, including basic network testing, debugging, and coordination with implementation partners.

Operational IT Support. Provide first-level support to employees, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Coordination with Functional Teams. Assist teams such as operations, finance, and engineering in their IT-related needs, based on priorities set by the company and IT leadership.

Documentation & Inventory. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT corporate support roles.

Familiarity with network setup, Windows server environments, and basic cloud services.

Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.

Professional english communication skills is a must (written and verbal)

Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci Tangerang
