Job summary

JAPFA is seeking an IT Operations Assistant to support daily IT operations and end-user support across our Indonesia network. The role involves coordinating tasks, shifts, and ticket handling to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will monitor system availability, help resolve incidents, and ensure service levels are met, while collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business users. The ideal candidate will assist in documenting incidents and reviewing reports.

• Assist supervision of daily IT operations and end-user support.
• Coordinate task allocation, shift schedules, and ticket handling.
• Monitor system availability, incident resolution, and service level compliance.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Review incident logs, service reports, and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users for issue resolution.
• Escalate major incidents, risks, or service gaps to supervisors or managers.
