We are hiring IT Support Monitoring (Help Desk) - Semarang Site, read more for the Job Description & Requirements about this job:
Job Function:
1. Perform technical support and diagnostics to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
2. Maintaining regular system updates, patches, and backups for operating systems and applications as well as monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential problems
3. Maintaining inventory and managing hardware/software assets and providing training or guidance on the effective use of tools and applications
4. Enforce IT security policies and practices to protect company data and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
5. Detailed log documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system changes as well as ticket resolution metrics and common issues
6. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility of infrastructure health. Perform initial troubleshooting of network, server, and security incidents and escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate team (e.g., network engineers, server administrators, or security analysts). Ensure timely resolution of incidents in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree of Information and Technology
2. Experienced at least 1 year as IT Support Help Desk (Fresh Graduate are able to apply)
3. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
4. Familiar with monitoring tools and server system (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, Linux, Windows, etc.)
5. Strong understanding of network & server security (ACL, IDS IPS, Firewall)
6. Knowledge of security principles and tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS systems)
