Strong knowledge to research new technologies and provide recommendations on usage in the organization.

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices including ITIL, particularly Change Management.

Strong knowledge of network & server engineering.

Manage IT Projects: Server, Network, Cyber Security, Endpoint including Technical Advances.

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform day-to-day activities of IT infrastructure operation & maintenance.

Improve performance & efficiency of IT Infrastructure.

Maintain SLA of various IT services provided by the company.

Report every IT construction’s milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendations to the Manager.

Monitor all IT asset maintenance.

Monitor all IT devices and their methods and specifications.

Review any business case/plan for facility setup and renovation.

Create SOP for new projects.
