IT Support (Field Technician)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support (Field Technician) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, handling physical network setups, and ensuring smooth IT operations within an office building environment.

You will be responsible for tasks such as cable pulling (for CCTV, internet, and other network needs), basic troubleshooting, and supporting daily IT-related issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation and maintenance of network infrastructure including pulling and organizing cables (CCTV, internet, LAN, etc.)
2. Support day-to-day IT operations across the building, including setting up workstations, printers, and network connections.
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when necessary.
4. Assist in maintaining documentation for IT infrastructure.
5. Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for IT equipment installation or servicing.
6. Ensure proper cable management and follow safety standards during installations.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related vocational training or certification is a plus.
2. Previous experience in IT support or field technician roles preferred.
3. Able to pull and install network and CCTV cables (indoor and outdoor environments).
4. Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches).
5. Familiarity with CCTV systems is a plus.
6. Physically fit and comfortable working in various environments (ceiling access, server rooms, etc.)
7. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Willing to work flexible hours if needed.
