Job summary

Wintech Solutions Co Ltd is hiring for Ericsson projects in India, seeking Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers. Freshers and experienced candidates with networking and IT support knowledge are invited to apply.

Responsibilities include onsite IT and network support, troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, device setup, and coordinating with remote teams to resolve incidents, while maintaining IT assets and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, CS, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi.
• Windows OS and MS Office knowledge.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate per project requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

Preferred

• CCNA or other networking certifications.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, NOC, Desktop Support, or Network Support roles.
