About the role

At Alpha Code Technologies (the cybersecurity and technology arm of PT Akraya International), we are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing :

Provide L1 end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues

Monitor & maintain IT assets and infrastructure on a routine basis

Install and configure hardware, software, and network equipment

Implement security protocols and monitor for potential cyber threats

Maintain inventory, documentation, and incident records

Assist in training staff on new technologies, hardware, and software

Manage network systems including routers, switches, and firewalls

What we're looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in IT End User or Technical Support

Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and security best practices

Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Windows Server, MacOS, Office 365, SharePoint, and WordPress

Familiarity with CISCO switches, Ruckus access points, Avaya IP phones, Logitech conference systems, and Microsoft Teams

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure

A team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
