As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic IT Support & Networking Administrator Supervisor to lead our IT support and infrastructure team.
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily performance of IT support teams and ensure high-quality user support
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
• Maintain and improve endpoint security, patch management, and antivirus systems
• Ensure continuous network availability and performance (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN)
• Oversee network architecture, system backups, and disaster recovery procedures
• Administer internal servers, firewalls, and other core IT infrastructure
• Work closely with vendors and third parties for equipment and system upgrades
• Ensure IT systems comply with OJK regulations and cybersecurity standards
• Implement data protection protocols and manage access controls
• Participate in internal and external IT audits as needed
• Supervise and mentor junior IT staff
• Plan and manage IT-related projects and rollouts
• Prepare regular reports on IT operations, risks, and performance
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, support, and network administration
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in advanced network knowledge (Routing, Firewall, VPN, Tunneling, Bandwith management, WAN) and able to design complex network topology is mandatory
• Proficient with Mikrotik with at least one of MTCRE, MTCTCE, or MTCSE certified is mandatory
• Proficient with monitoring tools Grafana, Prometheus, PRTG, MRTG is mandatory
• Understand ISO 27001:2022 standard is mandatory
• Able to manage operation and technical support team is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in Active Directory, file servers, endpoint management
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations
